Important disclosure — please read before you submit
InvestHAQ is not a lender, a broker or a credit adviser. We do not arrange
finance, we do not assess your application and we do not recommend any particular loan or
provider. If you submit this enquiry and consent to being contacted, we will pass your name
and contact details, and a general description of the finance you are looking for, to
partners (when they are onboarded), who will hold an Australian Credit
Licence number. InvestHAQ may be paid a fee for this introduction.
That fee does not change what you pay. You are under no obligation to proceed
and you are free to approach any provider directly.
On Shariah compliance. The providers that we will partner with describe
themselves as offering Shariah compliant finance. At this stage, InvestHAQ does not verify,
certify or endorse any product or provider as Shariah compliant, and nothing here is a
religious ruling. You should satisfy yourself, and seek your own scholarly guidance if you
wish, before entering any arrangement. In the future we will endeavour to assist with
information that helps you make an informed choice.
You have selected more than one type of finance. Each enquiry is treated
separately, and a separate referral fee may be payable to InvestHAQ for each introduction you
consent to. You can consent for some enquiries and not others.
Privacy Collection Statement
Who is collecting your information: InvestHAQ Pty Ltd (contact: hello@investhaq.com.au).
What we collect and why: your name, contact details, and your answers about the finance you are seeking. We collect this to (a) respond to your enquiry, (b) — only if you consent — introduce you to a licensed credit provider, and (c) produce de-identified, aggregated research into halal finance demand in Australia.
Information that may indicate religious belief: we do not ask your religion. However, the fact that you are using a halal finance service, and some optional answers you may give us, could indicate religious belief or observance. That is sensitive information under the Privacy Act, and we collect it only with your consent, only for the purposes above, and never as a separate field about you.
Who it may be disclosed to: only if you tick the referral consent box, your name, contact details and a general description of your enquiry are disclosed to our referral partners (when they are onboarded), as described in the disclosure above. Nothing else you tell us is passed on. Aggregated statistics that can never identify you may be published.
Overseas storage: submissions are stored on our form provider's (Netlify's) infrastructure located outside Australia.
Retention: enquiry records are retained for seven years in line with financial-services record-keeping practice, then deleted.
Reference code: each enquiry is given a random reference code. If you answer the optional research questions afterwards, those answers are stored against that code, not against your name or email.
Access, correction and deletion: you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing the address above. Our full Privacy Policy explains how to complain and how we handle complaints.
