These terms govern your use of this InvestHAQ page and the loan enquiry form on it. By using the page or submitting an enquiry you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the form.
InvestHAQ Pty Ltd ("InvestHAQ", "we") operates this page. We are not a lender, a broker, a credit adviser or a financial adviser, and we hold no Australian Credit Licence and no Australian Financial Services Licence. Nothing on this page is credit assistance, credit advice, financial advice or a recommendation of any product or provider.
The form collects a general description of the finance you are looking for. If — and only if — you tick the referral consent box, we will pass your name, contact details and that general description to our referral partners (when they are onboarded), who will hold an Australian Credit Licence and may contact you. InvestHAQ may be paid a referral fee for each introduction made with your consent. That fee does not change what you pay. You are under no obligation to proceed with any provider.
The providers that we will partner with describe themselves as offering Shariah compliant finance. That description is theirs. At this stage, InvestHAQ does not verify, certify or endorse any product or provider as halal or Shariah compliant, and nothing on this page is a religious ruling. You should satisfy yourself, and seek your own scholarly guidance if you wish, before entering any arrangement. In the future we will endeavour to assist with information that helps you make an informed choice.
Our collection and use of your information is described in the Privacy Collection Statement on the enquiry form and in our Privacy Policy (to be published). In short: nothing you tell us is passed to any partner without your consent, and research uses only de-identified, aggregated data.
You agree to provide information that is true and about yourself. We may decline or discard enquiries that appear automated, incomplete or abusive. We do not promise the page will be available at all times or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, InvestHAQ excludes liability for loss arising from your use of this page or from any dealing between you and a referral partner. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies at the time you submit an enquiry, and the enquiry records the identifier of the wording you were shown.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
