Does InvestHAQ independently audit the underlying investments?
No. We review what is disclosed. We do not inspect the assets, and we do not replace the fund's auditor or its Shariah board.
What we verify is that the platform accurately reflects the fund's own published documents, and that the documents are current. What we cannot verify is whether the portfolio actually matches what the documents say, or whether the screening was correctly applied to every holding.
That is the auditor's and the Shariah board's role, and it is why the identity of both is a field on every fund profile.
